Is there really no credit card for the trial?
No card, no commitment. Just enter your garage name and email to sign up. Your trial activates immediately. We contact you 3 days before it ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
Choose a plan and pay — your account continues without any data loss. If you don't upgrade, your account is paused (data kept for 30 days) and you can reactivate at any time.
How does bank transfer payment work?
After choosing a plan, we send you our UAE bank account details via email. Transfer the amount, reply with a screenshot of the receipt, and we activate your subscription within a few hours.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes — always. Export all customers, vehicles, jobs, and invoices as CSV from Settings at any time. Your data belongs to you, not us.
Is Garij FTA/VAT compliant for the UAE?
Yes. Every invoice includes your TRN number, 5% VAT rate, VAT amount, and total in the format the Federal Tax Authority requires.
Do I need a server or IT person to set up?
No. Garij is fully cloud-hosted. You just need a browser or install it as a PWA on your phone or tablet. Nothing to install, no maintenance needed.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, any time. Upgrade from Starter to Professional and the difference is prorated. Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle.
What if I have multiple workshop branches?
The Starter and Professional plans cover one location. For multiple branches, contact us for Enterprise pricing — we'll build something that fits.
