Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Garij, we want our refund policy to be clear and fair. Here is exactly what to expect.
Summary
The free trial is completely free. After paying, you can cancel any time. No automatic refunds for paid periods, but we handle each case with flexibility.
1. Free Trial Period
- The 14-day free trial is completely free — no payment is required.
- You can cancel your account at any time during the trial at no cost.
- You are never automatically charged when the trial ends.
2. Paid Subscriptions — Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Subscriptions are not auto-renewed after cancellation.
3. Refund Policy
As a SaaS service, we do not generally offer automatic refunds for paid subscriptions. However:
- 7-day refund window: If you experience a serious technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
- Duplicate charges: If a double payment occurs due to a technical error, the excess amount is refunded immediately.
- Exceptional circumstances: We handle exceptional cases with flexibility. Reach out and we will find an appropriate resolution.
To request a refund: billing@garij.ae — include your subscription ID and reason.
4. Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions give you a discount in exchange for an annual commitment.
- In the case of early cancellation, the unused portion is not automatically refunded. Contact us to discuss.
5. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to billing@garij.ae including:
- Account name and registered email address.
- Payment date and amount.
- Reason for the refund request.
We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
