Terms of Service

By using the Garij service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

Garij is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) garage management platform. We provide access on a monthly or annual subscription basis according to the plan you select.

2. Account and Responsibility

  • You must be an adult (18 years or older) representing a legitimate business entity.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect a breach of your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • All plans begin with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial period.
  • After the trial, your account remains active only if you select a plan and complete payment.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice.

4. Data and Ownership

  • Your business data (customers, vehicles, jobs, invoices) belongs to you.
  • We grant you the right to access and export your data at any time.
  • We use only aggregated, anonymised data to improve the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Use the service for any activity that is unlawful under UAE law.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other customers' data.
  • Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
  • Upload malware or any harmful content.

6. Service Level and Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance downtime may occur with prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.
  • Upon account termination, your data is available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you have paid for the subscription in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Dubai.
